Baby's First Christmas

What a Merry Christmas we had this year!

Our Christmas started on the 22nd! Matt and I had decided to let Addi open her gifts Friday morning. I think it was more fun for us than it was for her. (She was most interested in the wrapping paper.) Nonetheless, it was a very exciting family moment for us.


On Saturday, we went to The Dykstra's for lunch, gifts, games and cookie & pretzel decorating. We had a great time doing what we do... mostly being loud and laughing!

Sunday morning we were up and running. Addison was going to Florida for her first time to see "The Pitzer's". Not only were her grandparents, Uncle Dave, Aunt Lori and Cousin Chris going to be there, but Uncle Scott, Aunt Stephanie and Cousins Alyssa and Josh from Ohio (Go Blue!) were going to be there as well! This is the first time all of the Pitzer's have been together in one place since our trip to Maine in 2003!
We ended up having a great time together. We even managed to get a family picture taken as well!

Although our Christmas (week and a half) was a busy one it sure was special. As this "baby's first Christmas", I'll remember forever.
